Salary budgets for nonprofits overall remained at the same level or increased slightly from 2009, according to the TRENDS 2010 Compensation Report: An Analysis of DC-area Nonprofits." 44.23% of participating groups reported no change or did not disclose a change, followed by 21.15% that said the change increased by up to 5%.
